Hi! My name is Collie Mills, I am a tattooer/artist born, raised, and based  in Philadelphia. I graduated from the University of the Arts in 2009 with a B.F.A in Illustration, shortly after that I found tattooing and haven't looked back. 

 

Investing as much time as I have into drawing, painting, and tattooing I feel very fortunate to be doing something I really enjoy for a living. My goal is to make sure that every client gets the tattoo they came for or better, in a comfortable, and safe environment.

 

I do custom work which means your tattoo will be one of a kind, and your personal idea will remain unique. I work mostly in what would be considered a Neo-traditional or Traditional tattoo style, but I also really enjoy doing black and grey work.

 

I currently am a resident  artist at Crown & Feather Tattoo Company in Fishtown. My days off are Monday and Wednesday, and Thursday.
